5:00 wake up, 3+ hour bus ride, and some beautiful views later we arrived at Quilotoa. Yes, that is right, Quilotoa is an inactive volcano with a lake inside it. I’ve never hiked at 12,000 feet elevation before, and… It was hard. Really hard. I couldn’t help but praise God the entire time for his glory on display through His creation! I am blessed!
