Here’s the deal, I thought Sourdough bread was just a USA thing. Ok, maybe not just the USA, but I thought that there was no way Ecuador would have it. So, for those that know me and know how much I love sourdough, I was slightly heartbroken in thinking that I was leaving it behind for four months. Well, I didn’t have to say goodbye. Turns out, they have plenty of affordable Sourdough bread in Ecuador (AKA: Masamadre). Praise the Lord.
