Modern technology, allowing for the creation of electric hydrofoils, permits riders to glide effortlessly across bodies of water for up to two and a half hours at speeds reaching twenty-five miles per hour. As its creator, Lift has had years to design and perfect the industries leading eFoil, offering a combination of practicality, durability, and sustainability in each foil they produce.
FoilLakeStevens offers a unique riding experience centralized on the beautiful waters of Lake Stevens, Washington. The custom-tailored to each individual’s abilities and preferences.
What To Bring
At every lesson, we will provide you with the eFoil, full battery, helmet, life jacket, and bottled water. Wearing a rash guard when first learning to ride is highly recommended. We also recommend you bring a towel, sunscreen, and appropriate swimwear. If needed a wetsuit can be provided but feel free to bring your own. You can also bring your GoPro (wrist strap mount only). Waivers will be provided upon arrival and will need to be signed before the lesson can begin.
Locations
FoilLakeStevens primarily features lessons on the waters of Lake Stevens Washington. With warm water during spring and summer months and a dazzling array of snow-crested mountains in the distance, the lake is an ideal place to learn how to eFoil. However, upon special request, we will travel to other bodies of water in the area to conduct demo lessons and meet with prospective buyers.
What To Expect
FoilLakeStevens will conduct a 15-20 minute land lesson prior to getting in the water. In this lesson, we will go over safety, operation, and skill progression. Once in the water, you will be given ample time to practice your new skills. With the help of the instructor, you will be given tips and assistance via waterproof headsets from BbTalkin so you can communicate with us as you are riding. Our goal at FoilLakeStevens is to ensure you leave as advanced and confident a rider as possible while you get the most from your eFoiling experience.
Who Can eFoil
Riders must be 14 years or older (Under 18 years of age requires parent/guardian signature). Regarding weight, Lift Factory recommends that riders can be anywhere from 100 lbs – 250 lbs. That said, with enough time and instruction, anybody of any skill level can learn to ride an eFoil.
